The new academic year is underway! If you haven’t already renewed your APA membership dues for 2014-2015, I hope you will take a moment to renew today.
Information about the upcoming Eastern Division meeting in Philadelphia (December 27–30) will be posted on the APA website very soon. As always, members receive discounted early registration. By keeping your membership current, you will have access to the full program and may take advantage of the meeting discounts and on-site benefits. We hope to see you in Philly!
Remit your yearly dues online—it’s quick and easy!
As you know, your membership benefits also include the annual issue of the Proceedings and Addresses. The annual issue, containing the three annual presidential addresses, the John Dewey lectures, the Romanell lecture, and more, is now in production and will be posted online this fall. The Proceedings (online and in hard copy) will be accessible only to current APA members, so renew your membership now to ensure you have access as soon as it’s posted.
Additionally, all members of the APA will receive a complimentary subscription to the forthcoming Journal of the American Philosophical Association. A list of current members will be sent to the press several weeks ahead of the mail date, so be sure to remit your dues now so as not to miss out on the very first issue!
Dues for the 2014-2015 year were due by September 1; those who have not renewed will soon lose access to the members-only areas of the website, special member discounts, and upcoming publications. Renew your membership now to ensure continued access to these member benefits. Sign in to the APA website and you will be taken directly to the member information page, where you’ll find a renewal link. After your dues have been successfully submitted, you will receive a receipt by email and your membership will be updated immediately.
We appreciate your continued APA membership!
