2015 Quinn Prize to be presented at the Central Division meeting

If you haven’t yet registered for the Central Division meeting of the American Philosophical Association, it’s not too late!
Advance registration rates are still available for the meeting March 2–5 in Chicago, IL: $100 for APA members, $140 for non-members, and $36 for student members. These rates will be available until February 15 at 8 p.m. Eastern Time. After that, registration rates for all categories will increase by 50 percent.
At this year’s meeting, the 2015 Philip L. Quinn Prize will be presented to Dr. Martha Nussbaum, Ernst Freund Distinguished Service Professor of Law and Ethics at the University of Chicago. The Quinn Prize is the APA’s highest honor for service to the profession. Dr. Nussbaum will receive the Quinn Prize at the prize reception to be held on Wednesday, March 2, at 7 p.m. Wine and cheese will be served, and all meeting attendees are invited to attend.

The APA rates—$179 for APA members and non-members and $169 for graduate student members (plus applicable taxes and fees)—at the Palmer House Hilton have been extended to February 8. Make your reservations today!
