The following audiovisual (A/V) support items are available:
- Data Projector and Projection Screen
- Flip Chart
- Bulletin Board
- Dry Erase Board
- Overhead Projector and Projection Screen
- Conference Speaker Phone
- Wireless Internet (single session)
The deadline for A/V requests is January 2, 2015.
Only main program speakers, APA committee chairs, and affiliated group/society primary contacts may submit A/V support requests. To request A/V support for your session at the 2015 Central Division meeting, follow the instructions below.
Important note: Costs for A/V support are very high—a single projector setup can cost $800 or more. We strongly encourage program participants to use more economical visual aids, such as handouts, in place of audiovisual support whenever possible.

Please note that all A/V costs must be paid out of the committee funding pool and will be reviewed by the executive director before any A/V support is ordered.

Group Program Sessions
Society/Group Primary Contacts: Complete the A/V request form.
Please note that the society/group is responsible for all costs associated with A/V support.
