- Wednesday, Feb. 18: (Exhibitor set-up only) 10:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
- Thursday, Feb. 19: 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
- Friday, Feb. 20: 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
- Saturday, Feb 21: 9:00 a.m.- noon (Exhibitor break-down from noon-5:00 p.m.)
The Exhibit Hall is located in the Grand Salons ABC (second floor)

All boxes must be shipped directly to the address listed above. When you arrive at the exhibit hall to set-up on 2/18 your boxes will be delivered. Any additional handling or holding charges from the hotel must be paid in full at that time.
The hotel has provided us with the cost of some general event charges:
- Non-refundable - $5.00 per package
- Non-refundable - $50.00 per case
- Non-refundable - $100.00 per pallet
- Charged to credit card before release
- Storage - $25.00/Day per case or pallet
