A/V Requests

Audiovisual equipment (e.g. projector) for sessions is provided only upon request.

Who can submit an A/V request?

For main program sessions: Any participant in a main program session may submit an A/V request. The APA pays all basic A/V costs for main program sessions.

For group program sessions: Only the group's primary contact for the Eastern Division may submit an A/V request for a group session. The group is responsible for all A/V charges.

For committee sessions: Only the committee chair may submit an A/V request for a committee session. A/V costs for group sessions are paid by the APA with prior approval of the executive director.

Catering Requests

Groups and committees may request catering for their sessions an events. The group or committee making the request is responsible for all catering charges.
