Information about the 2018 APA Meeting Season

Planning is underway for our 2018 meeting season and we would like to take this opportunity to explain the process of reserving exhibit space, ad space, and purchasing pre/post email blasts will work the 2018 APA meeting season. 

At the bottom of this page you will find the order form to fill out.

Please review all of the information below.

 Step  1

To purchase an exhibit table, ad space, pre/post email blasts and/or other meeting related items (specified in the table below) you must first sign up to be a partner of the meeting that you making a purchase from.

The APA divisional meetings are a great way to increase visibility within the philosophical community.  To partner with the APA, there is a $250 flat fee per divisional meeting that you make a purchase from.  The fee is to help the APA promote all of the companies/groups who partner with us by having your company or product name:

  • on signage throughout the meeting space and exhibit area at each of the meetings
  • printed on the hugely popular tote bags that each registered attendee receives when they pick up their name badges
  • on the APA meeting website
  • and a brief description or link to your website in the new APA branded app
  • on "Thank you" signage at the 3-4 coffee breaks that the APA is able to offer because of your partnerships

 *Please note that the APA does reserve the right to open tables that have not been sold to non-sponsors; however, booths did sell out for two of our three meetings last year.  This option (if available) would not be offered until 2-3 weeks prior to the specific meeting.

Step  2

On the order form, you will need to select which meeting(s) you would like to partner with for 2018.  The options are:  EASTERN - CENTRAL - PACIFIC

Make sure you take advantage of our multi-meeting discounts when selecting this years meetings. The more meetings you partner with on your first order, the more money you will save! 

  • Partner with 2 meetings in 2018 and get 10% off
  • Partner with all 3 meetings in 2018 and get 20% off - BEST DEAL!

Important note The multi-meeting discount is only valid on the first invoice.  If you (or others in your group/company/team) plan on purchasing additional items from multiple APA divisional meetings this year, be sure that the initial purchase includes everything, so that you can save the most money.  The discount can not be credited to any other invoices.

On the order form, select which items you would like to purchase for each meeting(s).

The options below are what appears for each meeting:

  • Exhibit table - $350 (each)
  • Full-page ad in meeting program - $600
  • Half-page ad in meeting program - $450
  • Outside cover ad in the meeting program* - $850
  • Inside front or back cover ad* - $700
  • Flyer inserted in tote bags - $300
  • Pre-meeting email to registrants - $300
  • Post-meeting email to registrants - $350
  • Ad on meeting webpage - $350
  • Ad on APA homepage* - $550
  • Sponsor option only - $50   (This is for those who just want the option of having the company name on tote bags, meeting pages/app, and signage)

Order Today!

Please allow 2-3 business days (from when you submitted your order form) to receive an invoice in your email. 

To submit payment by credit or e-check, click the "Pay the balance due online" link on the bottom of your invoice.  If you need to mail a check to the APA National Office, print the invoice and mail it with your check to: Attention: Melissa Smallbrook, APA, 31 Amstel Avenue, Newark, DE 19716
