The APA's three annual meetings draw thousands of philosophers from across the US, Canada, and the world, providing an excellent opportunity for publishers and other institutions to connect with respected scholars in the field as well as the next generation of leaders in philosophy.
The Eastern Division meeting, held in late December or early January, draws up to 2,000 attendees; the Central Division meeting, held in February or March, draws about 800 attendees, and the Pacific Division meeting, usually held in April, draws more than 1,300 attendees.

Reservations are accepted online, by mail, or by fax only. Request a mail or fax reservation form by sending an email to [email protected] with "Exhibit Booth Form Request" in the subject field.
The divisional meeting programs are distributed in hard copy at the annual meetings. They are also available online to both APA members and the public beginning several months prior to each meeting. Ads are included in both the print and online versions of the meeting programs.
