By submitting this form, authors agree to the terms and conditions as outlined. The APA requires that authors/copyright owners complete a Right to Publish agreement in order for the material to be published in the APA Newsletters. The APA will not publish material in the APA Newsletters without first receiving a publishing agreement from the author(s).

A-1 - To be filled in if the copyright belongs to you

I/we hereby grant the American Philosophical Association (APA) a limited, nonexclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free license to reproduce, publish, republish, distribute, sell, license, transfer, transmit, and publicly display copies of, and otherwise use the above-entitled work in the APA Newsletters. The above-entitled work may be used by the APA as a part of the APA Newsletters in whole or in part, alone or in compilations, in all formats and media (including electronic, digital, online, and other media to be conceived or developed), by any method, device, or process, and through any channels, now known or later conceived or developed by the APA for the APA Newsletters. The APA acknowledges that the author(s) shall retain full and complete copyright to the above-entitled work. The author(s) may enter into another publishing agreement for the above-entitled work at any time.

A-3 - U.S. Government Exemption

I/we certify that the above-entitled work was written in the course of employment by the United States Government so that no copyright exists.



Warranty

I/we warrant that I am/we are the owner(s) of the above-entitled work and have full power to enter into this agreement. I/we further warrant that permission for all appropriate uses has been obtained from the copyright holder for any material not in my/our copyright, and that appropriate acknowledgment has been made to the original source. I/we attach copies of all permission and release correspondence. I/we shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the APA from and against any and all loss, damage, expense, or judgment arising from any breach or alleged breach of any of these warranties.

All authors should be aware of, and accept, the terms of this form.
