Central Division: Committee/Group Session Information

Please use the following form to submit your committee or affiliated group session for inclusion on the Central Division meeting program.

Please enter all information exactly as you would like it to appear in the meeting program.

We will make every effort to accommodate your preferences regarding session length, day, time, room size, and potential conflicts, but unfortunately not all preferences can be accommodated. 

If you are requesting more than one session, you must submit a separate form for each session. After submitting the form for your first session, refresh the page to begin entering information for your second requested session.

You will not receive an email confirmation of your submission. Please make a note of your submission number, which will appear on the confirmation page after you submit the form.

Provide your name and email address; we will contact you with any questions related to your session.
Provide details about the committee or affiliated group sponsoring the session.
Provide details about the requested session.
For each participant in the session, provide the following information as it should appear in the meeting program: name, affiliation, role (chair, speaker, commentator, etc.), paper/presentation title.
