The APA recently mailed a packet of materials promoting diversity and inclusion to every undergraduate philosophy program in the US and Canada. This mailing package, which includes color posters and a variety of other resources, is generously funded by the Andrew W. Mellon Foundation.

The mailing contains resources to help departments support undergraduate students from underrepresented groups interested in studying philosophy, including people of color, LGBTQ+ people, women, people with disabilities, and people from economically disadvantaged backgrounds. The mailing includes one copy of each of the following materials, though we encourage departments to print additional copies themselves.

If you have any questions about or suggestions for future mailings, or if you would like to receive an additional copy of the mailing for your department, please contact APA Program Assistant Lucy Pawliczek at lucypawliczek@apaonline.org.
