Three sources of financial support are available for graduate students who submit papers for this year’s Eastern Division meeting program. The Eastern Division will award a stipend of $300 to any graduate student whose paper is accepted by the program committee in its normal anonymous review process. The William James Prize, which includes a $300 honorarium, will be awarded to the best paper in the area of American philosophy by a graduate student. And the three best papers in mind, metaphysics, epistemology, or ethics by graduate students will each receive a $1,000 prize from the Marc Sanders Foundation. Only current APA members are eligible for these awards, so renew your membership now.

The meeting will be held December 27-30, 2014, in Philadelphia, PA. We look forward to receiving your submissions!
