2020 Central Division Meeting: A/V Requests

A/V REQUEST DEADLINE WAS DECEMBER 20, 2019

All A/V requests must be submitted through the forms below. A/V requests will not be accepted via email, fax, or phone. No A/V requests will be accepted after the deadline.

New In 2020
  • Providing AV support costs the APA $150 per session, and AV is among the highest costs of running an APA meeting. The APA covers the great majority of these costs for divisional program sessions, but beginning in 2020, participants  in divisional program sessions at the Central and Pacific Division meetings will be responsible for a $10 co-pay when requesting AV support for their sessions. The APA will cover all remaining AV costs for divisional program sessions
  • Beginning in 2020:
    • Participants in divisional program sessions at the Central and Pacific Division meetings will be responsible for a $10 co-pay when requesting AV support for their sessions. 
    • Affiliated groups will also be responsible for the $150 per session fee when requesting AV support for their sessions.
  • We encourage those who do not wish to pay the AV copay to consider alternatives to slide presentations. In particular, we offer participants the option to submit a handout or slide deck for inclusion in the APA meeting mobile app for smartphones. Session participants will be emailed before the meeting with instructions.
  • Please note that failure to pay the rental fee (or co-pay) at the time of your AV request (for divisional program and affiliated groups) will cause your request to be canceled.

AV Refunds

For individual participants in divisional program sessions: If your session is canceled or you will no longer be able to attend the meeting, you are eligible for a refund of the $10 AV co-pay. Refunds are available only until the AV request deadline 12/20/19.

For affiliated groups:  If your group cancels its session, the group is eligible for a refund of the $150 per session AV fee. Refunds are available only until the AV request deadline of 12/20/19.
