2023 Meeting Registration Rates

APA registration includes a copy of the printed program and access to the APA mobile app.

Take advantage of the paperless discount and save $5 when you opt out of receiving the printed program! The APA mobile app (which is free to everyone registered for the meeting) has all of the information in the printed program and more.

If you opt for the paperless discount while registering, please note that if you decide to purchase a program on-site (if one is available) the price is $10 per copy.

COVID-19 Protocols for APA Meetings

• We expect that all attendees will be fully vaccinated at the time of the meeting unless advised otherwise by their physician.
• Those who are unable to be vaccinated must test negative for coronavirus within the 72-hour time period prior to their arrival at the meeting.
• All attendees agree not to attend any meeting events if they have an active case of COVID-19. All attendees also agree not to attend any meeting events if they are experiencing possible symptoms of COVID-19 unless and until they receive a negative COVID-19 test.
• All attendees agree to abide by COVID-19 safety protocols put in place for the meeting, which may include wearing a mask at all times during meeting events, maintaining physical distance from others, or other measures.
• Specific protocols will be developed by the APA in consultation with the meeting venue and in compliance with state and local public health policies at the time of the meeting. These protocols will be announced prior to and during the meeting.
• Anyone failing to abide by established safety protocols for the meeting may be removed from the meeting and will not be eligible for a refund of registration or other meeting fees.

Registration Policy

All those attending sessions, including speakers, commentators, and session chairs, are required to register for the meeting. In addition, participants must wear their APA name badges during all meeting sessions and events to identify themselves as registered participants. During meetings, attendees not displaying a valid name badge may be asked to provide proof of registration. If you are asked to provide proof of registration and are unable to do so, you will be required to register immediately or be removed from the meeting.

• Early Bird Registration is available until December 16, 2022 at 11:59 PM EST
• Registration will be closed from December 17 to January 3, 2023
• On-Site Registration begins on January 4, 2023 at the registration desks
