Meeting App

We strongly encourage you to download the APA Meetings app to enhance your meeting experience, especially if you are attending in person. The app is free, and you'll be able to view the full in-person program, plan your day with a personalized schedule, and browse information on participants, attendees, exhibitors, special events, and more. The meeting app contains the most up-to-date details on the in-person component of the meeting.

Our branded APA Meetings app is available in the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store. Search for “APA Meetings 2023” or, using your device, click this auto detect link to go directly to the app in the store, and download the app to your mobile device.

Get the App

If you are registered for the Eastern Division meeting, open the app on your device and click on “APA 2023 Eastern Division Meeting.” Next, you will be prompted to log in. Before logging in for the first time, you will need to click “Reset Password” and then enter your email address. Note: The email address must match the one that you used when you registered for the meeting. You will then receive an email from TripBuilder Support with a link to reset your password.

After resetting your password, return to the app and enter your username (this is your email address) and your new password. Once you’ve successfully entered your email address and password in the app, the 2023 Eastern Division Meeting guide will open on your device. Please note: Session locations will be added to the app on the first day of the meeting.
